What are
Patron Badges?
Patron Badges are all tournament passes
that give you admission to the golf course on the week of the
tournament (Mon-Sun). They give you access anywhere on the
course that the public is permitted. We sell Patron passes for
full week access, as well as, allow you to "rent" badges for the
days you wish to use them.

Clubhouse Badges?
Clubhouse Badges are all tournament
passes that give you admission to the golf course on the week of
the tournament (Mon-Sun). They give you access anywhere on the
course that the public is permitted and access to go inside the
clubhouse which has a restaurant/bar. We sell Clubhouse passes
for full week access, as well as, allow you to "rent" badges for
the days you wish to use them.
What is the
Hospitality House?
The Hospitality House is a true VIP
experience. This package includes parking, shuttle service, use of
hospitality house on 18th fairway, food, drink, and a Patron
Badge for the day. We sell these packages on tournament days (Thur,
Fri, Sat, Sun) and availability is limited. Please call for all
the details.

Badge Rental Policies)
You may pick up the badges on the morning of the day you reserve
them for, and they must be RETURNED BY MIDNIGHT that same
evening in our night drop.
DAILY RENTAL DEPOSIT POLICY:
For the security of everyone renting badges, YOU MUST BRING A
CREDIT CARD WITH YOU WHEN YOU PICK UP YOUR BADGES for the $200
per badge deposit. This deposit will only be charged to your
card if the badges are not returned. This deposit will also be
charged if the badge is returned in such a condition that it is
no longer usable. If you do not wish to use a credit card for
your deposit, a check or cash will also be accepted and returned
to you when you turn in your badges. (If purchasing Hospitality
House Passes, you will pick up and return your badges
at the house. You will need your drivers license and invitation
to make this exchange.)
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Our standard policy on ALL ticket sales is NO CANCELLATIONS. We
have the same policy for badge rentals because we are
guaranteeing specific badges for you. Also, refunds will NOT be
given for badges that are not picked up.
RAIN OUT POLICY:
(Please note that the Tournament does not give any refunds.)
For our daily badge rental customers we will give in store
credit for totally rained out days. It is rare that an entire
day is rained out. What is more likely is that we get some rain,
but there is still some golf played. We will not automatically
give credits on days when we get some rain. It is based more on
what the golfers do than it is on rain. If it is sprinkling and
the golfers are playing- that is not a rain out. Another example
is, if it rains in the morning for 2 hours and then they play a
full day or a majority of a day of golf- there will be no
credits given.
